CAW Local 127 Rental Agreement

1.   Rent for the auditorium is presently $400.00 + gst for non-members –
     $300.00 + gst for members; which includes bartenders wages, set up,
     clean up, and music tax. Rent for the Lounge (Saturday night only)
     $125.00 + gst.
2.   Deposit ($100.00) must be paid at time of booking (within 5 days) or
     the room will be given to the next eligible group.
3.   Remainder of rent to be paid in full the week before the event; by cash
     or certified cheque.
4.   CAW Local 127 cancellation Policy:  no refund if cancelled by renter 90
     days prior to event.
5.   In the event that the hall is closed or sold prior to the event, or
     becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the control of the
     Local, the CAW Local 127 will refund the deposit and will pay compensation
     to cover losses proven by the renter up to a maximum of $250.00,
     but the Local is not liable for any other losses or damages.
6.   Bar prices are presently $3.25 for beer and liquor; $3.75 specialty
     drinks and $4.00 for vodka coolers.  (You may increase the price of
     drinks to make money on the bar.)
7.   Prices subject to change without notice.
8.   You do not have the option of bringing in your own beer or liquor.
9.   Decorations on any walls or ceilings need prior approval from CAW
     Local 127.
10.   CAW Local 127 has available at no charge a 100-cup coffee urn.
11.   No catering or kitchen facilities available.
12.   Public address system available at a fee of $25.00.
13.   Restrictions apply to stag & does (ask for details)
14.   The user agrees that all activities taking place on Union property shall
      be in accordance with the CAW’s harassment and human rights
      policies; copies of which are attached to this agreement.
